The B2 series is a portable vehicle weighing system built around a 2cm ultra-low scale body. Instead of a fixed weighbridge and civil works, the driver simply drives each axle group over the pads and the wireless indicator records the axle load, axle group load and total vehicle weight in seconds. The same set of pads can be re-combined for 3-axle rigid trucks, 4-axle tipper trucks, 6-axle tractor-trailer combinations and trailers, so one investment covers the whole fleet.

Installation & Service

The B2 pads arrive pre-calibrated and only need levelling on flat, compacted ground. No foundation, no excavation and no permanent installation are involved, so the system can be relocated by a single light truck. A spare load cell, charging set and calibration certificate are supplied, and remote guidance on calibration and indicator settings is available for the whole service life of the scale.
